The maternity ward is closed when two babies display mystery symptoms, including high temperatures and seizures. House horrifies the doctors by partially suspending treatment in a bid to determine whether drugs are exacerbating the problem - and when a baby boy dies, Cameron breaks down and is forced to confront a trauma in her past. House carries out an autopsy on the boy in a final attempt to diagnose the virus.
